What are they up to?

Technically they cannot ask the FA anything as they are not Swansea City's regulatory overseer.

If they so wished, the FA could ask them nicely to contact the FAW about the matter.

It wasn't the FA who dealt with it.
We are the only ones who can appeal.
The fact that they issued a statement immediately after the verdict saying they were happy with it, and then did a complete U-turn having finished 3rd, puts them on a very shaky ground legally -- they can try and sue us, but a good lawyer would tear them apart on the basis of their U-turn.

what a waste of time! they should be looking ahead to get their minds ready for their play off games instead of thinking about this! because me old taffys the case is closed, so move on! i really hope reading or forest win the play off final i hate these welsh wan2ers!!!!

They can't be doing their players any good -- if they get the impression that Swansea can somehow get us a points deduction (which, for the charges we were found guilty on, is never going to happen), it will be very hard for those players to maintain their focus -- which is a shame for them, because I think they had a good chance of winning them.
