We were found not guilty on 5 of the 7 charges. the 2 we were found guilty of didn't warrant a points deduction.
Why are people saying that we "got away with a points deduction"? We weren't found guilty of a points-deductable offence, so why should be get a points deduction?
It's like arresting a shoplifter and charging them for murder and then saying they got off the hook of a prison sentence.
I don't understand why people are saying we should have been docked points - we were found not guilty. Not we were found guilty but only got a fine. ....!
