      I don't think so, the cost for bringing the charge is borne by the FA. It is the costs of the IRC hearing that can be ordered in full or partly. Given that the club has been found culpable they meet some of the costs and in my view lucky not to get all of it. It most certainly will not come any where near the alleged legal costs, more like a tenth of it at the most. Lets say a pound on each season ticket next year to recover it.
