If they are now rushing to make an annoucement before the game tomorrow, then you can bet its a points dedcution. Otherwise there would be no need for them to still be there at almost 10pm.

They have simply said that will make decision after 4pm today.

I'd say they won't go later than something like 10-10.30pm for obvious reasons.

the only statement im aware of, is the one from yesterday saying there would be no decision before 4pm today. i think tomorrow morning is extremely likely and it would have to be a point deduction because otherwise there would be no rush to push it through
