Not condoning his comments, don't agree with them at all, but I think he was unprepared for the question, didn't know the facts and situation properly, and probably thought he was going on to talk about Chelsea/ManU game. He was asked the closed question 'if guilty' and made it up on the spot. Poor show, but was a good player.
