  • Oxford 24th July who going

    Pre-Season confirmed
Posted on: Wed 03 Jun 2009
United will travel from Marston to Morton as they prepare for the new season.

Chris Wilder's men welcome QPR on Friday 24th July and Peterborough on August 1st, with both games preceded by a mini tour of Scotland.

The U's take on Morton on 18th July at Cappielow Park, then have a behind closed doors friendly at Glasgow Rangers on 21st July. This will be a practice match at Rangers' training ground followed by a meal and then a tour of Ibrox for the players.

As ever, United's pre-season starts with the traditional first glimpse of the new faces in action at Court Place Farm as they travel across town to take on Oxford City on Tuesday 14th July.

    Friday 24th July QPR (7.45pm)

Probably will, just to see how many players have eaten too much over the holidays.

Ageymang, Connolly and Nardello looked a tad overweight last season, when they came back for pre-season training last year.
