Despite my reservations about Big Jim I took time out and renewed my subscription to QPR World today to listen to what the new gaffer had to say.

Jim actually comes across very well and I have been encouraged by a few Town fans saying that he could well do a good job for us.

Reading today paid 500k for a guy that finished mid table with Watford so on reflection maybe Madge is not as bad as we all think.

Time will tell but I am getting behind this guy I really want him to do well he is our gaffer and despite what others may say I really hope he has a point to prove in football.

Nows his chance.

You changed your tune funky also and you have to remember when rogers took over at watford they were bottom and to take them to mid table well worth the £500k i say, a lot of people speak a good game but it doesn't mean they are any good at it.

Selective quote mate, he actually said theres no transfer budget AS SUCH, but they would identify players as required and then approach the board to get the cash, which is fair enough. What did we expect him to say? - "Oh yeh I've got 10 mil to splash?"
