Get out clause for the FA

just thinking after reading the Guardian article.

If we are deducted 15 points, which is every ones maximum ( Media ie:the rag papers and some tv companies), we are still in the playoffs even if leeds beat us.

But say we get 9 points we are in the Prem so the only club with any gripe would be Badiff as Naarich could end up champions and we would have to equal the Badiff result.

Say we get less than 9 points i dont think Narrich will be that aggrieved to be 2nd but Badiff will want to take this further.

Who can they complain to as they do not belong to the English FA

So go to the Welsh FA and they can't do any thing as they do not have 3rd party rule in their Rules

But the 4th place team haven't lost any thing as they are in the play offs where they were apart from a little revenue for not ending up third.

As the winner only gets £ 500,000 we can compensate the 4th 5th and 6th team for losing their league positional revenue

The irony of it is comical.

According to Welsh FA rules, hypothetically they couldn't be charged with the rulebreaking that we have been charged with because it doesn't contravine their rules, and yet yet theres the question of 'which FA would they complain to if they disagreed with the verdict?'

Football in this country is run by The Keystone Cops, it's farcical.

They can't ask for something that is not in their rulebook, as for the brewries well no answer to that

Any guilty verdict would give all the clubs below us to have some form of whinge to the f.a. as there is no specific formula for working out the docking of points. they would ask how they arose at whatever points deduction was given

Bellamy is on loan. No problems with that deal.

However, there are other Cardiff deals that have occurred with Ray Ranson's company that would have piqued the interest of the English FA but cannot be touched by the FAW.

It is an utter farce.

Cardiff and Swansea (and Newport and Wrexham if they are promoted) need to have the FA as their key regulatory body with an "affiliation" to the FAW. If they don't want to, kick them out. I know a couple of teams in Glasgow would sign up to those details without a second thought.
