It's just a very poor appointment IMO. He has never acheived anything as a manager.

As we know from the last couple of years, the board are not likely to give anyone too much of a chance to bed in as a new manager. I can just see Jim getting jogged on at around xmas time like Dowie and Sousa before him and we'll be right back to square one!
