Basis for no. of points deducted?

If it is pronounced we have violated particular rules, on what basis or precedent would a points deduction be calculated?

Is there a possibility that all games that Faurlin played in prior to October would be nullified? That would be 13 points+

If we are guilty and no points deduction is meted out, then would we expect the third place team to sue the FA?

He was never ineligible so that is academic -- we haven't been charged with fielding an ineligible or unregistered player. Both the FL and the FA ratified the signing and said it was fine, even though the 3rd party agreement was known at the time.
Faurlin is my hero!!! Love him!!! #########

i think the points deduction rule is only in play for the third party ownership charge against us.
