Not so sure because this works both ways. The club's legal team could say that this is prejudicial in that they are preparing for a points deduction in advance of a Tribunal hearing. It is one thing to privately decided plans on a what if basis, it is another thing to communicate them, an own goal if you ask me.Off now to bash and work off angst in gym.
