The way i see it is we are all on tender hooks and this report has pushed us over the edge! Nothing has changed from yesterday and the R's are going up!!!

Afraid not, all this means is that the journo has a contact who perhaps has seen the paperwork and that they have expressed a view. That does not mean that they were authorised to do so nor that they are sitting on the panel. Where all this cobblers started with is by misrepresention by he journo, but hey this is the **** Newspaper we are talking about. It may have even ben spiced up by the sub editor as is their want to do so.
