I would imagin other papers will be very carefull in what they write about what they think will happen to us, seeing how quickly the clubs lawyers were on the fa's case and the shoit sun reporter.

Think the point is this

QPR if found guilty, could demand this Custis fella give the "sources" name to the FA, as a decision had already made.

The FA clearly stimulate no-one at the FA would openly talk about the case, so its irrevelant if the alleged source is on the committee or not.

My opinion is, that he has not spoke to anyone at the FA, and just wrote a sensational headline and article.

Information I have been told today would suggest otherwise! And that in all likelihood he did very well have a genuine FA source (of course he's not going to name him)! If true it would also suggest that the FA are very open to being sued themselves!
