Excuse me where does that come from. The article refers to the FA charges not the competence of the club to process paperwork in time.

Perhaps this is for a debate when this debacle is over, assuming of course we ever get to the facts. In work I deal with evidence based submissions and we can all have a view on what went on then, but nobody be it the FA, FL or the club will admit to what the events were at the time.
