For the first time last week, Mittal made a statement regarding investment in the playing staff, he has previously not done that.

I think they know we have to spend, and as I said before, in the Prem: we are talking about global exposure, and I refuse to believe that Flavio, Mittal and to a lesser degree Bernie( who isn't that interested) Will allow themselves to be associated with a team being spanked every week.

Money has/will be spent, not everyone will be on 90k but I suspect a few of our buys will touch that mark, just an opinion.

Cole is more than good enough for QPR but not @100K per week. Bloody hell if we go down that route it will end much faster and we will be playing in the conference before you know it
