I would say 100% yes. I wore suits for the first few years but last year tried to be more casual and felt very underdressed.

Back to a suit this year.

Think you can wear what you want to be honest and I have seen people with polo tops in the past though I normally have a shirt and tie on until it gets a bit later then the old tie comes off
