The most recent premier league club to be sold was Blackburn. They bought the whole club for £46m and took on £15m debt. As our debts are £40m, we won't be getting larger gates than Blackburn and Bernie doesn't own 100% of the club to sell, I don't understand where the £100m figure comes from. Sure, he is just using this as a bargaining position, but £100m, seriously? He may as well ask for £500bn!
