I partially agree with california.
He is no where near as good as I remember him when he was at Watford and even Pompey.
So in terms of expectation he is a let down. However, he is still a good player and worth his place above cook and ephraim on the left & if I had never seen him play before I would be happy with him as a player. It's like a film that someone raves about before you watch it, if you go in having been told its amazing sometimes you come out a little disappointed.Comment

ill explain why i think hes poor,he plays in he front position for a team at the top of the league and has scored 5 goals, he cant use his left foot he always cuts back on his right to cross and the defenders know he will and then block him, last few weeks hill been exposed because he has taken too long to get back or just hasnt got back at all, yes he works hard but we have the players in the right position to do this already and since when was working hard a good enough reason to stay in ateam i always thought that was a prerequisite for any professional, gorks and connolly got droppped for a poor game yet hes still in team whilst buz left on sideline, you have had a pop but not explained why you hink im wrong apart from quoting he works hard
i always thought forums were for people to express opinions as football has always been about differing opinions, in abusing me rather then debating you seem to suggest that you are right in your opinion, like isaid if people arent allowed to have a differnet opinion i would sugggest this would be a pretty boring site. in my opinion i think he is poor and not delivered on all his hype yes he runs a lot but im sure you and me would run a lot if we were paid his money to play footballComment
