My initial reaction when I saw this was that it had been covered over as they had changed it to 'We are the Champions' or something similar and were going to reveal it if we won. I've no idea if that's right, just my take on it.

There was nothing on there -- just the plain old blank hoardings -- nothing covering nothing.
I reckon it was only put up for the Derby game cos we were on the telly and it looked good.

It was gaffer taped on for the Derby game, probably to hide all the unsold ad space - we have a 'boutique' image to uphold dontcha know
