If you counted up everyone who claimed to be at the Vauxhall Motors game there must have been a crowd of about 20000 there.
That was when we truly were a pile of dross, and only the real die hard fans turned up that night.

Mublock,im totally with you on this one,not many at various away grounds this season although up the top,iv ad this argument with many on here over the last few weeks coz they cudnt get cardiff, watford, leeds tkts etc but we will never win this argument as us loyal travellers are in the MINORITY UNFORTUNATELY.

I don't think our away supoport has been anything much to brag about this season a few decent turn-outs and a lot of average ones in my view. I thought away to Hull (only a couple of months ago on a Staurday) was a nadir with only 500ish there. Accepting that our away numbers have been, let's say... middling for the most part I agree with Mub's basic point that the current situation of thousands being desperate for tickets does jar a bit. I don't see that as being a particular dig at anyone... just a factual observation. Gawd knows what it'll be like next season... probably be easier to see 100m final at Olympics than get a ticket to see us at Spuds etc!

We will have the same problem next season, massive scrammble for Chelski,Spurs Arsenal,West Ham etc but when we end up playing Wigan on a Sunday pm or Bolton Monday night ur be able to get as many tkts as you want coz the normal 500 will be there

FFS what is it with ****s like you on here? so what if people want to come out of the woodwork when were doing well, more the merry'er i say. i havent been to a single game for around 2 seasons, infact my days of regulary following the R's were in the 80's & 90's home & away and living 100 miles from the smoke every game was an away game for me & there certainly wasn't much glory about it then so would that make me a glory hunter now if i wanted to go to games? Wind your neck back in & get a life!!

                      bloody glory hunter!
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Well I was there and at Wrexham and Grimsby etc on a Tuesday night and travelled to the middle of Slovenia for a pre season friendly (and Borehamwood) and I think I have missed less then 25 games home and away since we were relegated including two this season but could not care less how long someone has been going or how many games they can or cannot make and the more fans we get at games the better in my book

Who is anyone to dictate who is a real fan or not?
