At the end of the day he is our new manager and that means as of now i'm 100% behind him, as anything less at this point isn't gonna help us. As soon as fans start getting negative during games this filters straight down to the players and then affects the performance. SO until he starts playing crap formations or having poor tactics i'm 100% behind him. Jim Magiltons Blue and White ARMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

E4 Hoops yes I am happy.
He was unlucky with injurys but Jim will do a better job u wait and see
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Agreed. Most ridiculous decision ever letting him go.And for such spurious reasons.Imagine what he could have achieved with a fully fit squad.

He may have been sacked by Ipswich but he still did better with them than we did last season and we arguably had the better team so did he really do that bad last year?

the reason he got the job at ipswich was because he was a fans favourite from his playing days a la waddock. they hated him at the end.cant see the attraction myself.

He will certainly need his fare share of luck that's for sure and especially with players. Hopefully the famous 3 will be back and playing to their best and he'll have been able to add a couple of decent strikers at the least. Nobody has mentioned the fact that Jim will presumably feel that he has a point to prove after 3 unsuccessful years at Ipswich and he'll take great pleasure in proving the Iswich board (and this one!) wrong. I dread to think what will happen if he doesn't hit the ground running results wise cos with our board and our fans he'll be in for a tough time, for sure.
