He would be a good signing if we got the player of old, though he would be typical of most modern players and not want a big drop in salary - so would rather sit on a bench saomehwhere else than on the pitch for us.

Also, would be concerned over a "big name" player that has fallen away so much in such a short time. Confidence may gone and how well would he motivate himself to play for a small club when he thinks he is a big deal?
