I have just found out that QPR v Hull will be live at Sport Klub (Slovenija). So I guess it will be live for everybody living outside the UK.

I follw an Arabic site which has an English version that mentions live games. 90% of the Championship games that are live internationally are shown at Aljazeera even though they do not mention Aljazeera or they only show it late on the day of the game.
