Need Help....

My Cardiff ticket hasn't arrived yet - and I forgot to ring the box office before 5 to get them to allow me to collect it on Saturday at Cardiff.

If I call them on Saturday at 9am on the way to Cardiff - would they be able to sort it out with Cardiff box office?

I got my ticket on Tuesday, i'm sure they said they would put it in the post.

Its just because of the easter weekend otherwise u would have been mailed it.

Same thing happened to me before Millwall and Middlesbrough away. I rang them the day of the game and they sorted collection at the ground for me.
