Help needed

Can i create an account on the Ticket Homepage using my email address and use a mate's client referance number in order to get a ticket for Cardiff? Obviously the name on my email address would be different to the name on the client ref no. My mate doesnt use the online system and hasnt used his client ref to get a cardiff ticket

The thing is my mate has 70 loyalty points but ive started an online account and it say 0 loyalty points. What have i done wrong?
