Always liked Ramage and always backed him. Central defender who was forced to play at right back when Stephen Carr got injured whilst still at Newcastle. Injury prevented him from progressing in the Premiership so moved down to London and played at right back by a number of managers as the assumption was that he was a right back. He isn't. All through his Geordie youth days when he was captain at numerous levels he was a centre back and has always looked more assured in the middle.

Hopefully he'll return to full fitness and he'll get a run out before the season ends and by the sounds of it in place of Pascal.
