I emailed the FA just to moan about the delay in hearing the case ... blah blah blah and this is what i got back

Dear Paul

Thank you for contacting The Football Association.

The FA does not set the hearing date, this was set by an independent QC who deemed it appropriate to award such a length of time to enable the parties (QPR and The FA) to build a case. The FA are beholden to this date as much as QPR

Well the one thing the reply Paul got from the FA proves is that all this 'They wont deduct points so late in the season' is complete b0llox.
