    he's more or less admitted his mistake in signing Clarke, by sending him out on loan -- presumably he still feels he can get something out of Hulse?
    Perhaps Hulse is absolute dynamite in training, but isn't producing on the pitch due to lack of confidence?
    Certainly not the Rob Hulse I remember as a solid Championship level goalscorer. He looks too old, too slow and his first touch has totally deserted him.
    NW must be seeing something in him that we aren't!!

      Of course I realise NW made mistakes yesterday, which were all in the defence. Hulse was the least of the problems, those that replaced him did even worse, let alone score.

        When he played with a fellow striker in a traditional 4-4-2. Thats the only system in which he's ever had success in - a system we dont use.
