to get the Cardiff purchase page up online. I have two client ref nos eligible for mondays sale but my login details wont let me get to the purchase page as I personally have insufficient points.

You should be able to get on as one and assign to others. But I can see there might be a problem as this is a bit different from what the site was designed for.

Dont have them details and that would also mean the tickets would be posted to the owner of the username. You can do this in person or by phone but cant seem to do it online which is a little unfair to foreign fans. Ive emailed the box office but as of yet no response.

You can normally but for Cardiff you seem to need the required loyalty points to get the purchase page. Similarly for Watford.

Sorry mate - Don't know the answer then. I can only suggest you phone the box office tomorrow while it is relatively quiet (i.e. before Monday which seems set for hectic) and ask for their advice.

Box office response

The only way around this problem would be to log into our online ticketing under your friends details. Unfortunately we cannot glitch the system for you to be able to buy tickets under your login details.
