Does Lee Cook have a QPR future?

After reading what Cookie has been saying here about his future at QPR, do people believe he will be at the club next season in the Premier League?

My opinion is, it is going to be very hard for him to prove to the manager that he is worth a place in the 25 man squad next season, even if he does play 2/3 games this season.

Unfortunately, no. Can see him going to millwall on loan.

I really like him but he has been unlucky with injuries and that has hurt him. He can't show what he can do so we must look forward

Absolutely no hope. Even if he got back to fitness, we have better options now, although all the signs are that his knees are too far gone. He has another year on his contract so another £1m in his bank (less taxes of course) and then has a bit decision to make as to whether to try and have a career in the lower leagues and see how long his knee holds up, or retire at 30 as a very wealthy young man and go from there.

I'd be gobsmacked to see him start a competitive game for us again though (excluding cup games and any when we are already promoted/relegated).

No. Although I think the squad will be trimmed down I just haven't seen anything to suggest that over a sustained period of time he has much to offer either at this level for us or at a higher level.

Think Cookie has been so unlucky and no-one has worked harder.

Much depends on the last couple games of the season, when hopefully the league is won..

I'd have to side with a NO, which will be an extreme shame.

No , football moves on and the likes of Cook ,Rowlands and Mahon have a place in our recent history and have given us all some good memories but luckily for us we need to look bigger and better. Thanks for the memories though chaps!!

I would love to see it happen, but it won't. After all his injuries I think he will at best end up in League 1. At worse he will have to retire.
