This system rewards the people that have been going thick and thin this season,

What a stupid comment,we have been top most of the season,hardly a season of ****,look up the word loyalty in the dictionary before you post stupid statements.

I could easily get tickets for Watford and Cardiff but as stated i concentrate all my juggling of shifts to going to home games.

People going to home games actually financially support the club,all monies from away tickets go to the parent club,so taking the argument to a stupid level you could say people who pay for a season ticket for all 23 home games deserve preference.


This season our away support has increased,true loyal fans or glory hunters who would soon disappear if we hit bad times,according to the club they are the loyal fans.....laughable.

You could have missed every home game,gone to 12 odd away games and are the new loyal fan,any scheme should be rolled over year to year,the only person who will get tickets for the first away game next season ,say its Arsenal will be season ticket holders,we will then see all the people without a season ticket whingeing that because they went to Scunthorpe away etc they deserve a ticket, works both ways

But how many games have you been too it that time,i would say 11 missed games in 31 years is pretty good even by your standards

also, some have been priced out
live afar, some have work issues
not excuses..facts, i understand but the club got stick in the past for going to general sale before season tkt holders..watford away being one.
some are serving in the army and gave up their season tkts, imo they deserve free tkts for any sodding game they want, from the club.

Missed around 10 home game in 45 years,however does not make me any more of a fan than anyone else,just makes me battle hardened after some of the dross i have watched.

Good going but to be fair you have had it pretty good with home games,you should ov seen some ov the sh*t away games wiv had to endure then travel 4hrs back thinking about it,this season has been pure bliss and well over due.

Believe me i used to go to away games quite a lot,i think Southend away in some tin pot compettion scared me for life,think we lost 5 -0, was only about 4 or 5 years ago

Surely you buy a season tkt to watch home games,so why should you get 70 "Loyalty Points" which you can use to get away tkts.I have amassed 131 points all apart from 30 for my membership is due to following my team around the country which consists of far more money and time than home games.Iv been to all home games as well before you ask but could not afford a season tkt at the time.I would say Loyalty = following your team around the country through thick and thin,if we were not is this position how many people would be complaining that they cant get tkts for Cardiff and Watford !!!

A renewed season ticket gives you 70 which you should have as you say you renew each year, well that's a good start surely. Only a few away games and your there.
Whats the problem, you've then been rewarded for being loyal.
Why worry about other people. Lifes tough aint it.

I'm not saying the past shouldn't count but how far back do you want to go, there is age too. In your scenario because someone is older they have been to more games and should be rewarded more, i'm not young so it would be good but we also need fans for the future and the youngsters are where they are coming from.

What annoys me is that I've been to every home game apart from Watford and you get bugger all. Loyalty points they could aleast sort u out with 1-2 pts per game

Done 14 ov my years travelling from Southampton and used to drive to London to pick me mates up before driving to away games,many time i did a 600 mile round trip and now travel from Surrey so not as bad.
