Maybe I'm being too simplistic but we are being charged by the FA and we play , for the time being at least, in the football league. Two entirely different entities. Could UEFA enforce a points deduction on a Prem league, Serie A, La Liga team?
That said, and taking into consideration some well thought out and nicely written reasons why we won't get a points deduction I'm still not 100% convinced. I guess I just don't trust the old farts at the FA. and will be until I KNOW otherwise.

As i said on other threads if we are found guilty WHO at rangers takes the can for this? Will people at the club get sacked? Because if all theses ITK chaps are saying a fine then that means the club has done something wrong and i will want to see swift action if this turns out so!

I believe that due to the timing of the hearing that if we promoted and say 7 point clear for the title then 3 points deduction and big fine. If we 1 point clear just bigger fine. The reason I am saying this if they gave us points deduction which put in 2nd place below and they doing this with 1 day of season left we would appeal against this and it would drag on. So if means that we finsh say 6th after points deduction we appeal when would playoff start what happens etc. So my belife is a heaviy fine more likely than anything else. I don't now for fact just my thoughts on the matter.

Thats not Ha9 general otherwise he would be giving me a real hard time.

He thought i'd given out his name and address details to people that wanted to beat him up and gave me constant slagging. Its not him mate.
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

I wouldnt bet against it Weare. He has come across as a right tool, straight out of HA9's mould.

If that was james I would of had threatening Pm's mate and that just hasn't been the case so not him.

Yeah the pm's I got he was definately on something. Really weird behaviour and u wouldn't of minded if it was all just a joke.

I just couldn't believe that Pete and others would actually go 4 a drink with the nutter.

weare I don't think it was a case of them inviting him, I think he clung on to the group. You can see from the photo's James had a semi on
