    we must fill our ends

a bit of a groan when a meagre 14500 announced last night
forget away fans....we should've had 16000 qpr there

we need to fill the ground for derby ( the game we may "seal" promotion") and hull games, the team and board deserve it
monday nights are not the best option for games but we are clear top and have been since the dawn of time, lol!

Calm yourself down by carrying out the following -

Firstly get yourself a working calculator

    1. Find out what the capacity is for the whole ground.

    2. Deduct the away end top tier.

    3. Deduct the front 5 rows of seats away end lower tier (covered with netting as per League demands)

    4. Take off 250 odd for hospitality packages which are too expensive for most people and designed really for the Prem.

Now tell me what figure you come out with -- wont be far off 15,000.
For a game on Sky, on a Monday night, playing relegation certs from Yorkshire and in these economic times I thought last nights attendance was pretty good.

I suggest the "groans" were from those people who need something to moan about just to get them through life.
If it keeps you happy then fine -- just keep your cloud over your own head!

I am far more concerned about the FA charges and NW's cryptic comments post match when asked.

    IN WARNOCK WE TRUST
I need some time in the sunshine, I gotta slow it right down.

top tier holds 1700...call it 2000
        leaves 16000
14500 given...be kind and give blades the 500
        so approx 2000 qpr seats....

on another night 14500 would be good
for a team nailed on for promotion it's poor

I DON'T TALK OF THE NEED FOR A NEW GROUND...some have been carried away
we have sold out maybe 5 games in a decade, if we sell out every game for 2 seasons i'd advocate a new ground, especially if we are still prem and holding our own.

Considering we had 30,000 rangers fans dissapointed about not getting a ticket for the Leeds game i was quite dissapointed with the attendance last night. so much for mr and mrs gloria hunter.

I think selling what.... 90%?... of all available home area tickets for a Monday night TV game isn't too shabby.
If club has pulled its finger out weeks/months ago and formally designated lower Ellerslie as a permanent home area I think we would have had a few more bods used to the idea and prepared to maybe rock up on spec' last night knowing they could likely get in.

What happened to all those people bleating on about lack of Tickets where were they last night plenty of games still to see not just the glory of the last game.
