Personally i would go for Faurlin.Time to stop indulging Taarabt's childish behaviour and give it to someone else.Taarabt has shown he is not a leader and is self centered.

Either Faurlin or Derry when Faurlin's not available.

Love him as a player but is not a player who you can call on when things are going against you.Can't see him rallying the troops when he is having one of his sulks.

Leave it the same. Derry is the real captain but I wouldn't take the arm band off our POTY. Faurlin is far to quiet to be captain but leave it the same because he needs to feel loved and giving him that he loves it.

Leave it with Adel. Those type of players need to feel special and loved. I wouldn't make derry skipper as personally not sure if he will start or last in the prem. Great season for him this year and been one of our best players, but up against gerrard, fabrigas, etc he will be out of his depth imo.

Quite interesting responses here.Personally find it hard to accept a player has to be made captain to stop him having a strop.Thought it was about picking the player who has the best leadership skills,something Taarabt has not shown this season.Hall was originally captain and i would pick him over Taarabt.

Not having a pop at Taarabt,just don't see him as captain material myself.

Hopefully he will mature as a man mate.Brilliant player but needs to realise that football is a team game and him getting the hump does not help the team.

That's the main reason i think Faurlin should be captain.Gonna start every game and plays for the team.

I remember when football was run by the managers,not the players.Why should we bend over backwards to please his sulky ways?.Warnock should lay down the law and show players that they are employees of the club and should give 100% without conditions.

To be fair, Adel has matured a lot this year.
Far less strops.
Derry many not cut it in the Prem now and AF, as good as he is, doesn't communicate with his team-mates -- AT actually DOES, if you watch him -- he is always directing their movement.
