Which team to go up with us and down from PL

I would like Norwich and Swansea to go up with us.
I would like Aston Villa, Blackburn and Birmingham to drop down.

This would mean we would compete against, Norwich, Swansea, Blackpool, Wigan, Wolves, West Ham and WBA.

I would fancy us doing well next year.
