Just got of the blower to the old man he reckons hypothetically speaking we'd be able to sell our ST's in Platinum for double bubble, got to say i'd have to agree.

No, it'll weed out the true Rangers fans who can afford it -- and some prawn sandwich munchers -- from the true Rangers fans who can't afford it.
Especially if, like us, you have a family with one wage-earner (me) and three unwaged people. There's plenty in that situation. I suspect a lot of parents will get their season ticket but not the children's ones.

                  Inevitable, but very sad.

Well my boy is 6 months old so he's not ready just yet lol. I will pay whatever, I have waited 15 years to see us back in the Premier league and nothing will stop me seeing it!

we're already more expensive than several Premiership teams -- raise it much more and we will be one of the MOST expensive -- despite having facilities which do not justify that, and probably a standard of football which will not, in the short-term, justify that, either.

Our fans have been paying over the odds for NPC football, and will no doubt pay over the odds for Prem football too.
Fine if you can afford it.

Lots of fans -- who propped up the club in its darkest days -- will be desperate to see us in the Prem again -- but, if the money isn't there, you can't!
                          Simple economics!
