im a st holder but i know from past experience, when calling the box office and they say due to high call volumes please call back later...DONT PANIC AND HANG UP , stay on the phone and you WILL stay in the que. try it :kiss:

Was trying that from dead on 9. it cuts you off automatically. Has anyone actually got through on the 0844 number today?

when u say cut you off...wait for a minute or so im sure it will put you back in the que. just try it.

I got through at 10 o'clock after waiting an hour in the que & got me and my dad both a ticket!

iv never done it by mobile mate. sorry. im certain if you try by landline youll be ok

Cuts off everytime automatically,seriously losing the will now,been at it since 9am and losing patience now,looks like i wont be going after 30yrs of support..oh well !!!!

Dialed just before 9,loitered around listening to info about other games, pressed 0 to speak to someone at 1 second past 9 and was 2nd in queue got through by 8mins past. To be fair to the staff member he was very quick with transaction. I was trying with landline and mobile just before 9, landline engaged all the time, mobile got through to main menu straight away.

Good luck to all trying, club should have 50 people on the phones on a day like this.

After this message the line goes completely dead.

I'm calling from work so i'd even be happy if i was number 350 in the bloody queue.

i was told by a woman on the 0208 number that it has only got capacity to hold 20 in the queue at any 1 time...!!

I know what your saying because when you are in the que, after a while it says they are very busy call back later, but this is different. You get kicked out of the que almost immediately saying try later, then it does cut you off.

Keep trying people, eventually you will get into the actual cue with the extended messages and the try later bit, which you should then ignore.
