Cookie this isn't a position for who is the nicest guy otherwise De Canio would of been offered the job months ago. Scott and Pete are also going on likeability.

I'm going on style of football and atmosphere, not personality. Big issues for me on language and I suspect the players feel the same, (unless of course a good coach is installed);D
