I rang at 9.00am sharp and couldn't even get into a queue, was told to ring back later!!

I keep ringing every 10mins and get the same message.

If I hear: "The box office is presently handling a high number of calls from fellow supporters and we are unable to take your call, please therefore try again later and hope to connect you to a member of our box office staff" one more time I'll bloody kill someone!!

Queued for 3 hrs got served at 11.15 and i also saw vic at the fronf believe he was there at 7 waiting.
