Which of our players will get a Championship medal??

You need to have made 10 appearances during the league in a season.

Walker will get one. Must have played around 20 games.

So no medal for:

1. Rowlands (gutted for)

2. Damage (not bothered- will be shipped out in the summer - not good enough)

3. Cookie (gutted for)

4. Cerny (gutted for and been in every squad this season)

5. Leigterwood

6. Hall????? (has he played enough games???)

7. Shittu (Jeffro will be gutted)

8. Miller?

Must be some other notable players

Hall is captain and has got 8 starts, 6 sub appearances so he should definitley get one. I hope big dan gets one aswell.

I *believe* that you can nominate a certain amount of players that dont have the sufficient appearances to get a medal, for the use of sub goalies etc who usually won't get to 10 games but make a contribution to the squad.

Cooks been injured all season and Rowlands isn't part of the squad. I'd rather Ramage get a medal than either of them.

Cerny deserves a medal, he's been in 37 match squads and been a perfect pro. As opposed to ******y Camp a few seasons back.

I'm not 100% sure but I seem to remember reading last year whereby the club gets an amount of medals and they give them out as they feel fit. I think its something like 25 medals of which the manager, coaches and backroom staff are entitled.

I'm sure if Flavio is prepared to give Rolex watches last season he might put his hands in his pocket and get some more medals produced.

Taking the first five in the list, Rowlands, Ramage, Cook, Cerny and Leggs. If these had played enough games, in place of Derry, Walker / Orr, Smith, Kenny or Faurlin, to get a medal, would we be top of the league? Probably not. Surely it's the players that have come in to replace these are one of the reasons we are where we are. I know it's not necessarily their fault, but they were part of Rangers teams that always were struggling against relegation. Even Hall has only just come good. For the last few years he has been poor.

All players that have contributed to this season deserve a medal so Hammersmith mate Hall definately deserves a medal as he is a bloody good defender. If you had your way the club would be posting Damion Stewart a medal, please just move on, we now have players that can perform and push us to the premiership.

Their pasts at QPR shouldn't entitle them to a medal. Zesh Rehman did shitloads of work for the club behind the scenes, should we send him one out to Thailand too?....

Cook should've never been re-signed and it would be utterly ridiculous to hand out a winners medal to him based on nostalgia.

**** I'd rather Tofas get a medal than him, at least Tofas has managed an actual league appearance for us.
