Heard a whisper yesterday from a club employee that it's very likely that Leeds will get upper tier only -- that's all we HAVE to give them, and Rangers want as many Rangers fans to be at the trophy presentation as possible (if we are Champions, of course).

That's fair enough,as any other time they would get both tiers,and sell them as well.

why the worry?
all this i can't get a ticket...well become a season ticket holder and/or maybe away one too
there nailed on.
derby won't sell 1800 , so cardiff have reduced away bit to increase home

LEEDS, and get this right, are mASSIVE and will bring huge numbers IF they need a result
they will fill all seats in school end.

I would just give Leeds the lower tier, may cost more in policing/stewards but will gaurantee more R's tickets.

If it is a massive game they will bring more than the lower and upper hold anyway so they still have to be policed outside..

I don't think we pander to away teams, its just that some of them have a bigger fans base than we do and as we only have a regular turnout of 12K home fans to turn down 3150 away fans isn't good business.

Hope this is right. Get as many Rangers fans in the ground as possible. They can just put netting in the first few front rows of the Upper Tier to stop the dirty Leeds gobbing and throwing coins on the fans below.

It would be good if what I was told turns out to happen -- I suppose if Leeds kick up a fuss and need the points for a play-off place, things might change.
And the police might advise us to give the whole stand to avoid problems, maybe? As someone said, they'll bring down loads, whether they can get in or not.
But, as it stands, top tier only.
