I'm Guessing Fine Will Be Decided by FA in 4-6 weeks

We have a couple of weeks to supply all the paperwork to the FA

They will take time to look over it all..

Then a decision will be made by the FA on the penalties they intend to exercise against the club.

That, I guess will take at least 4-6 weeks, then we will have an appeals process, which would take another couple of months. (very very remote chance of any points deduction, because not only has the FA need prove deliberate failure to provide necesary paperwork, they have to prove intent on our part to hide any documentation, which we simply have not done)

I suspect, this story will go and on, for some time, probably even be after we have secured our premiership status !!

Right, that's it, I'm going to pretend that the FA don't exist, that the skies over LR are always blue and that we will be promoted as Champions!
(Because doing that is the only way I'll be able to enjoy the rest of this season -- and because my dad, having spoken to some people who deal with this sort of thing, says that there is no precedent for any points deduction whatsoever.)

OH, the transparency over the pre-contract thing is especially interesting -- I've read somewhere that the FA were unaware until last September, of AF's pre-contract with Inter and that this is supposedly one of the "deceptions" involved -- so how come the majority of our fan base knew about it virtually from the time we signed him?
It was hardly kept a secret.
