If the Fa have got their allegations wrong could they be sued for ruining QPR's season by distracting them for the promotion race and the financial benefits that promotion offers?

How has this come about? what audit has taken place to throw these allegations up now the papers must of been checked at the time why 10 games before the end of the season are we being challenged on this matter?
