Away allocation at Loftus rd

Why are we continuing to give both tiers to away supporters . I do hope yesterday was the last game this season that we do.I'm not sure of the exact rules but i do know we are obliged (In the league) to give less than 10% i.e < 1800 i.e the upper tier only ......

Dont give any seat in school end stick all away support in the west paddock thats a sufficient amount according to rules. but am sure Palace,Hull,Leeds will sell their full allocation for school end, doubt very much Sheff utd & Derby will as both games on T.V.
