Maybe its a result of all the fooligans stirring **** up on the internet previously that caused the scenes we witnessed in the home match which is putting fans going to a night match in Bermondsey.

It makes my toes curl just to hear fans refer to Millwall as 'Wall'.

Seriously in my lifetime I have never heard this before until I see it posted on this site.

They have called themselves it for as long as I can remember. I always thought it came from the old " da-da da-da-da da-da-da-da Millwall " chant where clearly all you could hear was the "wall" bit and that is now all they sing.

Lads..come on who wants to go to the wall at our age and turn a corner and be met with a little mob with bottles in their hands ? We have all been there when we were younger and got the scars to show for it.
Its ok for all you young ones cos you all will be sticking together and walking the walk.

its not messageboards like this that has fueled the problem.....its people making a big deal about travelling to another part of london-unreal. not bringing two full teirs to "wall-yes-wall" is so very poor in what is the next biggest game of the season-one where we are on the verge. seen a tread about the right to certain tickets/season etc....maybe they should take points away for fans whose #### has gone.
