I thought he looked a decent player with us yet a bit disinterested. Now a bit of stability in his career and he is starting to live upto his early promise. Being a product of Chelsea was like a noose around his neck and once he was old enough to play he was obviously never going to get a look in. This is a consequence of to many foreigners in the game, Scott Sinclair 10/15 years ago would have got proper run in the Premiership age 18 years and his career now looking at it would have gone from strength to strength.

Begs the questions how many other players careers have stagnated as a consequence of Premier League managers unwillingness to bring through youth players nowadays.

Weren't people saying this about Cardiff too after they beat Leeds at Elland Road ? The facts are quite simple we are still top and have been for all barring 2 weeks this season. Swansea have been beaten 10 times this season, so they clearly are stoppable, just as Forest have been and Leicester and Leeds and Watford and Norwich and Cardiff and indeed us !
Had Leeds got the Penalty who knows what may have happened but they didn't and well done Swans for making the most of that good fortune, like we did v Cardiff.
