Just keep it how it is.. don't see this fascination with having to have Chelsea players in our songs all the time.
Most fans know the words, it's one of the only songs we actually sing loudly, and judging by his reaction to it on Tues, I don't think Shi.ttu minds if we still sing Campbell.
