Routy wants to go back to toon.

I thought we could persuade him to sign with us

Wayne Routledge is desperate to prove to Alan Pardew he still has a future at Newcastle after being sent on loan to QPR. The 26-year-old joined QPR in January.

Help us get promoted and that's good enough for me, he will be Watford or someone like that by the start of next season, alright for this league but that's about it.
    Kept the faith!

What was more interesting is the last line confirming that we've signed Troy Hewitt
22nd February away v Charlton is the 40th Anniversary of my support of QPR and my first game. Away v Chelsea 3-3 23rd Feb 1974. 40 years of pure magic!!

Great article. Really feel informed after that. By the sounds of it Routledge is hating it down here.....

I've got a gut feeling Routledge will sign on a perm deal
( Not in Alan P's plans and Warnock loves him, simples ? )
                      Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
                      And many more mistakes

I don't think he would prefer to live in Newcastle.

IMO it is just paper talk.
