there's 1 major problem?

that im concerned with for our promotion push, we dont have that killer instint to finish teams off, and this could cost us automatic promotion. but im still confident we can do it.

I agree with the OP. I was thinking yesterday that we don't kill teams off anymore and it is costing us points every week now.
