    Which is better?

    Option A:

    Ramage---Gorkss---Connolly---Delaney

    or

    Option B:

    Connolly---Gorkss---Stewart---Delaney

IMO Connolly is a centre back and the partnership he has with Gorkss is solid and the basis to build the team around - Option A for me.

    B

remember stewpeas contributes goals too (albeit he has a horrible knack of letting the ball bounce which he needs to cut out)

My head tells me option A, but StewPeas did have a storming season and I think that header at Villa out weighs that horrible mistake he made at wolves

A for me but highlights for at least a new left back but I would change both. Connelly is to good a player to play out of position. I think he is a premiership quality central defender
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

              IMHO you missed Option C:

Connolly is comfortable with the ball at his feet,he can find a pass and also carry the ball out of defence. When Stewart has the ball i cant help thinking 'just fu#king kick it away before you lose it on the edge of your own box'.

A for me! If we improved our full backs again then that would be even better!

Why, connolly is a gifted player who is best at CB, when played at LB he has at times looked vulnerable, I don't understand why we'd consider playing him anywhere else bar CB, if you feel the LB role needs adressing than thats fine but to stick MC out there would be just papering over the cracks.

I have always believed that you should play the best available player in their natural position. So, Connolly as a CB for me. I have never bought into this nonsense about Connolly playing LB, he is so uncomfortable there, and it is why the poster above thinks he is over rated.
